Description
In the traditional Moroccan style, our riad embodies harmony between the four elements (earth, wind, water and fire) with its fountains, fireplaces, open-air lanai dining room and the natural colours of its decoration, and heaven (central court-yard opening onto rooftop garden patio, the starred sky of Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains). High-speed internet access and WIFI. Individual air conditioning and heating.
Accommodation: 5 double rooms with full en-suite Oriental baths/showers. Total surface: 375 sq. meters distributed over 3 floors.
Sleeping capacity : 12 adults total in its 5 rooms (of which 2 are suites) and 21-person sleeping capacity including all additional beds and rooftop accommodations.
- Ground floor: Central courtyard with fountain and "dipping pool". Living room with fireplace, library and game room. Big central kitchen. Khalif Suite with an en-suite fireplace and big double-sink Oriental-style bath.
- 1st Floor: the Red Suite and the Yellow and Blue Rooms, each with a large en-suite Oriental bath. The three rooms open onto the balcony and courtyard fountain below.
- Top Floor: Lanai dining room with fireplace, Solarium, Fountain and Bird Atrium, Rooftop Garden, Green Room and Private Turkish Bath (or Ham'am).
Languages spoken: Fluent English, French. Good notions of Spanish and Italian. Some German.

Surroundings
The house is located just inside the Old City of Marrakesh, the Medina, 15 min by foot from the famous Jamaa El Fna Square and the Souks or markets, 10 min from Majorelle Gardens and close to many other tourist attractions. It is 5-10 min by taxi (or 15-20 min by foot) from the New Town, Guéliz, the European sector with many shops, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos.How to arrive by public transportation:
The riad is easily accessible from the Marrakesh Menara Airport, about 20 min. It has its own minibus service with driver to ensure airport transfers for a minimal surcharge (15-20 € depending upon number of adults). By taxi, the driver should be directed to the Bus Station (“Gare Routière”) and Big Yellow Taxis Station. Other landmark indicators : located just behind the Monument of the Seven Wisemen of Marrakesh, inside Bab Yacout, 3rd side street to the left after the pharmacy.
