Description
The Riad is a noble house built at the end of XVIII century that preserve the original charming cedar ceiling and stucco decorations. Recently renovated with all comforts, while preserving the traditional materials and colours, the Riad offers 7 different suites and rooms, (14 beds), all with air conditioning and fire place. Each room has TV satellite and hair dryer.
The building consists of 650 sq. metres of covered space and develops on three levels. The access to the Riad is from a large corridor leading to the patio, here are two nice fountains and a swimming pool of 10x 4m and opens the Moroccan hall. On the ground floor there are also another lounge with fire place, the dining room, two suites with fire place and bathroom, and a kitchen. On the first floor there are 5 rooms with air conditioned, private bathroom and fire place. On the roof a large furnished terrace with a corner living room under a tent, where from you will enjoy a splendid view.
The owners, in love with Marraketch have conferred to the house a unique Asiatic taste, an authentic combination of oriental charm with the colours of asiatc silk.

The Riad is just few steps away from the Sidi Bel Abess mausoleum, one of the seven saints of Marrakesh and patron of the city, and 15 minutes away from Jamâa El Fna square.
