Description

Once the property of an important family, the Riad was recently renovated respecting the original arab-Andalusian style, its proportions and traditional materials.
It is luxury house that can host 10 up to 12 people. All the 3 suites and 3 rooms have private bathroom.
The Riad is 550s.m. covered space and consists of: at ground floor a wide patio, a small swimming pool (6,5x 2,5m, to be heated on request), a large suite, a room and a Moroccan living room with fireplace. On the first floor two suites and a room, on the second floor a room, the Hammam and a massage room.
From the terrace you enjoy a panoramic view of Atlas Mountains,while taking your breakfast or simply sun bathing.
The Riad offers to his guest a pleasant and quiet corner of peace, green and birds singing where to relax after a walk in the souks, a tour on the Atlas or a golf match.

Surroundings

The house is located in the district El Baraka, close to Ailen e Ghemat gates, along the way to the golf greens, at 15 min walking from Jemaa el Fnaa square and at 2 min from a taxi station, in a quiet and easily accessible street, at a couple of kilometres from the palm grove.
In the neighbourhoods: Essaouira, Ourika valley, Ouzoud  Falls, Ouarzazate,  the Maroccan desert,  – Zagora, Merzouga, Dades Valley, Toubkal top.
