Description

The riad is a traditional house located in the middle of Marrakesh Medina and near Bab Ksour, one of the side entries of the Souk, 5min by foot from the Jamaâ El Fna Square and the famous Koutoubia. The house is composed of 3 staggered floors where are 8 rooms double (or triple) and 2 suites opening onto a pleasant patio. All rooms are equipped with bathroom and offer to the visitors real comfort in a style inspired by southern Morocco. Six of the rooms (the superior ones and the suites) have air-conditioning. Two beautiful terraces overlooking the patio consent to visitors to lunch or dine while admiring the minaret of the Koutoubia or to fully take benefit from the long sunny days.
Inside the courtyard a beautiful traditional hammam and a massage room at guests' disposal.

Surroundings

The riad is in the Medina, 5 minutes on foot from Jamaa el Fna Square and Gueliz; 10 minutes from the most important monuments and souks.
Railway station 2 km. away; airport 3 km. away, bank 100 meters away.

How to arrive by public transportation:
Take the bus which stops at Jamaa el Fna Square. From there it is 5 minutes on foot.

Activities

Hammam and massages in the Riad. Shopping in the souks and visits of the monuments of the city center. We can organize theme excursions: the Berber souks and traditional artisans; trekking in Atlas mountains with a professional guide; Essaouira and the Oualidia lagoon. Discovery of the great Moroccan south and the erg.
You can play many sports in the surrounding areas: golf, horse-riding, excursions, bicycling, SUV rides, tennis.

In case of cancellation from 30 to 21 days prior to the date of arrival, there are no penalties; from 20 to 8 days prior to arrival you will lose 25%; from 7 to 3 days before arrival you will lose 75%; no-shows will be charged 100% of the total.
