Description

A holiday in this ksar at Sahara doors will make you know and love desert and its inhabitants.
The hotel disposes of 10 bedrooms among double, two beds and triple rooms, each elaborately decorated and offering the best in interior design in traditional Moroccan style. Each room has a private bathroom and individual design.
If you prefer to sleep as nomads do there is a big choice of more than 30 berber tents, double, single and family tents in the patio, on the first sand of desert. A large series of bathrooms in common will anyhow ensure a warm shower.
A splendid terrace will permit to admire the desert while sipping a mint tea and to shot photos of enchanting sunset over the dunes.
The accommodation is run by charming, extremely friendly Moroccan family.

Surroundings

The hotel rises on Merzouga sandy dunes. Merzouga is a tourist destination situated in a Moroccan desert oasis, in El Rachidia district. Once it used to be a trailer court along the tracks crossing the desert. At a short distance rise the huge dunes of Chebbi erg.
Merzouga is located 715 km (443 miles) from Marrakech, 440 km (273 miles) from Ouarzazate and 569 km (353 miles) from Fès.
The riad provides professional services in Airport transfers and between Marrakech ,Errachidia, Ouarzazate, Fes and Merzouga desert.

By fly:
The nearest airport is located in ErRachidia 130 km (80 miles) away. Royal Air Maroc offers flights to/from Casablanca and ErRachidia twice weekly
The transport from and to Merzouga , there are convenient ways of transportation: shared taxis, buses which are the cheapest way to travel.
